When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch within 48-hours, on average delivery takes 3-5 working days although freepost can take upto 10 working days from date of PAYMENT. Once your order is marked as dispatched your tracking number and courier name will be sent via ebay so you can track delivery of your consignment online at any time.

For larger items- the courier requires pre delivery notice. To ensure a smooth delivery, we should encourage customers to enter a valid contact number during checkout. Are you able to deliver outside of the UK?

We offer Global shipping on selected items; however, this service is not free of charge.

The address on my order is wrong, can this be changed?

Unfortunately due to ebay policy we cannot amend delivery addresses once the order has been made. This is to prevent fraud.

I would like my parcel to be left in a secure location, can this be done?

In a case where the customer requests for the goods to be left (without a signature), we will do our best to notify the courier/driver prior to their arrival. We are not liable for any theft/damage/loss that may occur ONCE delivery has taken place. please put this in the notes at checkout.
